Return Eligibility
At Boswe-Loc Roof Systems, we authorize returns for roofing materials that are in their original, unopened packaging within 1 day of purchase. Custom-fabricated metal panels, flashing, and special-order items are non-refundable. All returned items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and storage costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our Ocho Rios or Black River facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are strictly non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or verified material defects.
Exchanges & Defective Materials
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. If you receive compromised roofing materials, please document the issues immediately and contact us. For exchanges of standard inventory items, customers are responsible for transporting the items back to our warehouse and covering any price difference for the new materials requested.

At Boswe-Loc Roof Systems, we represent quality in our installations, however, please be advised that we provide no warranty on products sold. All roofing materials and hardware are provided without an explicit or implied warranty from Boswe-Loc. Customers are encouraged to review manufacturer-specific warranties where available for their chosen materials.
Installation Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our team. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all new roof installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and ensures that your new roofing system is installed to the highest industry standards. Should any issues arise from our installation process within this period, contact us immediately for assessment and resolution.
Roof Repair Services
Please note that Boswe-Loc Roof Systems provides no warranty on roof repairs. While our technicians apply professional expertise to every job, the integrity of existing structures cannot always be guaranteed. As such, all repair works are performed without a warranty, and we recommend consistent maintenance to monitor the condition of older roof systems.
Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Terms & Coastal Exposure
At Boswe-Loc Roof Systems, we provide product warranty coverage only if installed by us. The duration of this coverage is determined by the property's exposure to ocean air for all roof types. Product warranty coverage ranges from 10 to 18 years, depending on your location: properties closer to ocean air start at 10 years of coverage, and the further offshore the property is situated, the more years are added to the warranty, up to a maximum of 18 years.

Please note that product warranties are only issuable when Boswe-Loc installs the roof as a new roof installation.
